[1243] Sir,—Having recently been in the company of a. few small owners and prospective buyers of commercial motors, from the conversation that passed I am led to believe that there is a goed demand for new vehicles if they can be purchased on the " hire-purchase " principle. I approached several of the best makers myself on the subject; they all demand cash.
