Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOLLOWING a meeting on Wednesday between the management of the Norbreck Hotel, Blackpool, the Blackpool Corporation and the RI-IA Tipping Convention committee, the Convention, which was due to be held in Blackpool from April 18-20 has been postponed. The Norbreck Hotel is in the hands of a receiver.

Arrangements are now being made for the Convention to take place at the

Harrogate Convention Centre from July 3-6. The Convention secretary, Mr W. Farnorth, told CM this

week: "We are making arrangements to re-book all of the delegates who had registered for Blackpool at suitable accommodation in Harrogate."

It is anticipated that most of the 140 exhibitors who had planned to take stands at Blackpool will agree to

switch to the new venue.
