Togive better connections for services to Glasgow, the Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Co., Ltd., is to re-time its BirminghamManchester schedules. Permission to do so' is to be sought from the West Midland Licensing Authority. . It is understood that three 30-seat coaches will run three times daily to Manchester, including one night service.
A B.M.M.O. official is reported as stating last week: "We applied for a through service from Birmingham to, Glasgow, but permission was refused last September. At the same time. we were invited to examine our timetables to provide better connections in Manchester, with the ultimate view to running through-coaches."
