Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TT is announced by Kelseal Ltd., the makers of Glasticord sealing strip, that there is to be a change in the size of reel on which the material is contained.

In the past the reels were 12 in. in diameter but under pressure from users it has now been decided to introduce a new 9 in, reel which, according to the section size of the strip contained on it,will hold an average of 4.5 to 4.75 lb. net weight. The 12 in. reel will still be available but the small 5 in. 1.75 to 2 lb. reel has been discontinued.
