IN a written decision, the Metropolitan Licensing Authority, Mr. D. I. R. Muir, anted an additional vehicle has granted on A licence to Baharie Bros. Ltd. The hearing was on June 22. Baharie Bros., who have four vehicles on A licence, run a trunk service between London and the north of England, and sought the vehicle on the ground that all the needs of customers at the London end could not be met. The case for a grant rested largely on the increase of work for the British Crane and Excavator Corporation Ltd. and Magnet Timber Ltd., both manufacturing companies in the Metropolitan area and main customers for traffic from south to north.
