ry some 40 local authorities in Lincolnshire approached by Skegness Urban District Council with a suggestion that a pressure group should be formed to ask for subsidies for bus companies in the rural parts of the county, only 10 are in favour.
The proposed scheme is likely to be dropped, but the council plans to take matters further through the Urban District Councils' Association.
