THE Commons this week approved the raising
of the speed limit for public service vehicles from 40 to 50 m.p.h. An order raising the limit for p.s.v. with trailers from 30 to 40 m.p.h. on ordinary roads and to 50 m.p.h. on motorways was also confirmed.
