What is the correct rate of pay outside the London area?

A The Road Haulage Wages Council Order

RH 86 reduced the basic working week to 40 hours and became effective on February 28. You do not give the carrying capacity of the vehicle you drive, which determines the appropriate wage category. If the capacity is over 15 tons and not exceeding 18 tons then the rate of pay is: 40 hours £12 4s 9d: 42 hours £13 3s 2d. Over 18 tons the rate of pay is: 40 hours £12 16s 3d; 42 hours £13 5s 6d.
