NEILL TOOLS has produced a User's Handbook with 272 pages of technical information for students, apprentices, engineers and mechanics. It is pocket sized, and has a pvc cover to withstand workshop use.
Eight sections offer advice on the use of Eclipse, Britool, Moore and Wright, Stubs and Elliott Lucas tools and equipment.
Section Five, on nut tightening data, is particularly useful, recommending nut tightening torques for the engines of over 1,000 cars, commercial vehicles, tractors and marine outboards.
