Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE DUNSTABLE-based Tricentrol Travel Group has taken over another coach company in the East Midlands as part of a planned expansion in this area.

The addition of the 20strong primarily Bedford fleet of G. Howlett and Son of Quorn in Leicestershire, and its subsidiary L. Pole and Son, brings Tricentrol's fleet to 95.

Howlett's depot at Quorn will continue to be operated, and Ken Howlett will remain manager. Tricentrol says also that Howlett's stage carriage services and other operations will not be altered.
