THE PLAN to phase vehicle excise duty is Im reconsidered by the r Government, Transport 14 ister Norman Fowler nounced last week.
He told the Commons shall be reviewing the wl operation of vehicle exc duty and, pending the resul this review, I shall not be ceeding with the consultati on the phasing of the cha from vehicle excise duty petrol tax initiated by the vious Government."
