Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FIRST of a batch of six to be delivered, a new Leyland Comet 32-seater coach with bodywork . by Windovers, Ltd., Hendon, London, N.W.9, was detnonstrated to the 'Press, last week, by its operator, Birch Bros., Ltd., London; N.W.5.

This is the first normal-control vehicle to be fitted. with a body by Windovers, Ltd., a company which for many years built high-class bodies on private-car chassis and has now switched over to commercial-vehicle coachwork, specializing in the construction of single-deckers.

Framework of the body is of wood, braced with steel plates. Exterior panelling is of aluminium, whilst plywood panels are fitted inside. The interior of the coach is tastefully appointed in varnished wood panelling and Vy-nide leather, seats being covered with moquette and trimmed with brown leather. Toughened glass

B6 is fitted to all windows and there is a Weathershields sliding roof.

Windows can be opened and closed by Beclawat winders which cut out when the window is shut. Further turns can therefore not strain the gear. The sliding door on the near side at the front is another Fieclawat product. Art emergency door is fitted behind the driver's partition, which has a blind. At the rear is a large luggage locker in which the spare 'wheel is housed. This

is held by a retaining bar and metal strap.

The exterior of the coach is finished in the operator's cream and green livery. The company!s name on the sides is inscribed in cut-out polished metal letters.

Triple plated bumper bars and polished metal mouldings enhance the appearance of the coach, which matches the high standard of its riding qualities.
