P&O IMPROVES DRIVERS' LOT • An 18-month improvements programme to freight driver facilities on most of P&O's multi-purpose and freight-only ships is nearing completion. The ferries now offer subsidised meals and free cabins on longer routes, subject to availability. P&O is also considering bigger, faster ships for its Dover-Zeebrugge service.
