• Ramsgate haulier Henry Brylka, who burnt tachograph charts to cover up offences of falsification, has had his twovehicle international licence revoked, by South Eastern Licensing Authority Michael Turner. In addition, the LA has disqualified Brylka, who trades as S and S Contract Packers and Haulage, from having a licence for 10 years. Both Brylka and his transport manager Stephen Butterworth were sentenced to nine months' imprisonment suspended for two years.
