• On March I HB Everton Roadways Ltd, based at Droitwich, started trading under a new name—Haulfast Ltd. It is the longdistance road haulage activity ofthe transport and distribution division of Miles Druce and Co Ltd. The other main part of the division, Carryfast Ltd, specializes in the collection, breaking down of bulk and express delivery of customers' consignments.
Haulfast operates 20 vehicles of 32, 16 and 12 tons and the company is now standardizing on ERF. The vehicles operate throughout England and Wales using the five Canyfast depots in addition to Droitwich.
