Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Tipping Gear.

ANEW hydraulic-tipping gear has recently been produced by Broadlow and Edwards, Ltd., Foundry Street, Bolton. It is a compact and simple attachment priced at £20.

Mounted on a cradle, which fits across the chassis frame behind the driver's cab, and designed to present no difficulties in installation, the gear forms a complete unit. It consists of a single telescopic ram made in three sections, a plunger-type pump, pump-box, valves and piping. The lower end of the ram is supported in a socket bolted to the anglemembers, of which the cradle is formed, and at a point near the lower end of the top or outermost member of the ram a trunnion is mounted, which carries a pair of brackets for attachment to the forward end of the body.

The pump-box is bolted to the near side of the cradle, the whole assembly occupies little space, and the handle of the pump is in an accessible position. The gear will tip a three-ton load.
