Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

METROPOLITAN LA Mr. D. I. R. Muir this week in a written decision granted three vehicles on B licence to Mr. T.D. Read, of Feltham, Middx., conditioned "cats and dogs under quarantine regulations, Great Britain".

Two of the vehicles, said the LA, were Ford Dormobiles. Their seats had to be removed at times to make room for the pet containers, which made a B licence necessary. The third vehicle, a Ford van, was needed because the animals "occasionally arrive by sea in containers which cannot fit into his Dormobiles".

Mr. Muir said that the two objectors were also engaged in that type of work but "I see no reason to suppose the grant will make the slightest difference" to either of them.

Testing Station: An MoT heavy goods vehicle testing station is to be built on a three-acre site at Grovehill, Beverley (East Yorks.) industrial estate.
