Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BOWIES (ALTRINCHAM) LTD., the haulage contractors of Stockport Road, Timperley, Cheshire, helped to make paperback publishing history last week by distributing 200,000 copies of a Sphere Books paperback, Sir Francis Chichester: Voyage of the Century, all over Great Britain in what the printers called "Operation Chi-Chi".

The book, a complete record of the epic Gipsy Moth IV voyage, including the arrival in Plymouth, created a record by being ready for distribution within 36 hours of Sir Francis's triumphal arrival in Plymouth.

By Tuesday morning the first print of 200,000 copies were ready, and Bowies moved in to distribute to booksellers all over Great Britain.
