Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SPECIALLY built to oil-industry specifications, a new 6,300-gallon petrol tanker was demonstrated at a recent conference of the American Petroleum Institute in Los Angeles.

The tanker semi-trailer was designed by the Standard Oil Co., Ohio, in conjunction with the Penn Furnace and Iron Co., and incorporates a Hoobler chassis produced by the Union Metal Manufacturing Co.

The overall length of the semi-trailer is 34 ft. 10 ins., whilst the White tracfive unit has a wheelbase of 10 ft. 71 ins. By the use of an articulated rear bogie, a high degree of manceuvrability is given to the outfit. In all, six wheels are arranged to steer, so that despite the cons:derable overall length of the outfit, it can turn in a surprisingly small radius. The tank has a low centre of gravity.
