Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ORDERS from Finland valued at £150,000 have been piaced with Leyland Motors, Ltd., following the recent conclusion of the Angio-Finnish currency agreements. The otders cover 88 bus and goods-vehicle chassis in addition to a numberof oil engines.

This number of chassis is more than half the total placed abroad by Finland last year, for the Finnish Government granted import licences for Only 150 bus chassis for the whole of 1950.

Under the agreement, Leyland Motors,.Ltd., will supply 80 Comet bus chassis of 17-ft. 6-in, wheelbase; three heavy-duty forward-control go ods chassis; and five Royal Tiger underfloor-engined bus chassis of 17-ft. 6-in. wheelbase. The Royal Tigers will have air-pressure brakes and power-assisted change-spied mechanism for the synchroinesh gearboxes. Finnish-built bodies will be fitted to all chassis.
