Safety in All Phases Covered by Papers and Visits in Programme of This Week's National Conference

AFETY in all its aspects is covered by the programme of the National Safety Congress, which is being held in London, this week. The event opened yesterday (Thursday) with addresses by Mr. E. L. Burgin, Minister of Transport, and by Lord McGowan, president. It is being held at the Park Lane Hotel and closes to-morrow. A number of papers is being presented by acknowledged experts, and a variety of visits has been arranged for the delegates.
