Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A VERY successful Lorry Driver of r-1. the Year contest was staged at the Romford brewery last Sunday for drivers of the large Ind Coope brewery fleet. The contest was based on the rules of the national competition, and the successful drivers go forward to the London eliminating round of the latter at Southall in July. For the purposes of the local competition four classes were arranged, Class A, B.M.C. 5-ton; Class B, B.M.C. 5-ton extended-wheelbase; Class C, E.R.F. 12-ton; and Class D, Leyland Comet 10-ton artic. A total of 61 drivers competed—a very encouraging response—and displayed a high standard of B driving.

To establish the title "Romford Driver of the Year" a run-off was staged between the class winners, who all had to -drive a B.M.C. boxvan, with some very interesting results! The winner of the title was W. Milton, who competed in Class C. with 153 penalty points. The contest was organized by Mr. J. Brennan.
