Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Vale of Llangollen Engineering Bus and Garage Company, Limited, began the service between Llangollen (Victoria Squate) and Oswestry, vitt Vroncysyllte, Chirk and Gobowen, on Monday last. Preliminary announcements of this service appeared in our issues of March 23 et sequenter, and we are now able to give a few additional

particulars of the undertaking. For the present, the two Clarkson steam omnibuses which have been delivered will leave Llangollen daily at g a.m. and I, 4, and 7 p.m., the last bus running only as far as Chirk, where the vehicle will turn round and return to Llangollen, departing from Chirk

at 7.45 p.m. The departures from Oswestry are timed for 10.30 a.m., 2.30 p.m., and 5.30 p.m. The fare between Llangollen and Oswestry, a distance of about 12.± miles, is is. 2d., whilst proportional reductions apply for intermediate stages. The secretary of the company is Mr. Joseph Nanson, and Llangollen is a sufficient address. It is intended also to organise circular tours in the district, the average fare being id. per mile. We observe that in its time-table the company announces "that every effort will be made to ensure punctuality; but as these times are approximate, they cannot be guaranteed." Although the roads are very hilly, there is little doubt that the Clarkson steam omnibuses will run satisfactorily to the schedule that has been arranged, because they are such excellent hill climbers.
