Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN ADVANCED design allvehicle washing machine introduced by AVW Wilconnatic — the National 11 — is of the drive-through type and, it is claimed, will wash even the largest commercial vehicles efficiently.

Automatic in operation, the machine starts as the vehicle enters the wash, without an operator. The flex-a-round brushes clean the front, sides and rear of all vehicles, including those with aerials, racks, stacks and large driving mirrors. Where roof cleaning is required, a drag mat or oscillating curtain can be fitted.

The system includes a presoak arch, flex-a-round brushes, free standing final rinse arch, water pump, detergent injection pump, control panel, vehicle counter and sensor for automatic starting, together with 20ft long, (6.2m) vehicle guide rails.

Overall space requirements are: 22ft (6.77m) in length, 15ft (4.6m) in width and 17ft 4in (5.3m) in height, enabling vehicles up to 15ft (4.6m) in height to be washed. Smaller versions are available.

Where an oscillating roof curtain is installed, the length is increased by 27ft (8.2m).
