A STOKE-ON-TRENT operator could lose his good repute if pendi prosecutions are successful, West Midlands Traffic Commission' Chairman Arthur Crabtree said last week.
He said this when Thomas Stanton, trading as Better Class Travel, applied for a psv Operator's licence for seven single-deckers and one minibus. The licence was granted, on the basis of existing good repute, but this could change after prosecutions are brought, E the licence might then be lost.
