Gordons of Kirkbride, is to be tried at Carlisle Crown Court, on charges of tachograph falsification. Gordon, of Carleton, Kirkbride, is charged with using a coach without an excise licence, four offences of making false declarations, and 31 of causing drivers to make false entries on tacho charts.
