• The Government agency Crown Suppliers will announce a buyer for its vehicle-hire business by the end of February. The choice is between a management buyout or an independent buyer.
The sale follows a recent decision by Crown Suppliers to retain its inter-departmental courier service after receiving "no acceptable bids" (CM 1319 December 1990).
