I new fares schedule by the Northern General Transport Co., Ltd., Jarrow-anTyne Transport Committee have been holding talks with the company over anomalies: in a number of cases the company have agreed to make slight adjustments to fares.
Their traffic manager, Mr. J. H. Richardson, told the committee that Northern General intended eventually to abolish return fares.
