AN order for 30 Tndian-built Leyland 1-1. Comet passenger chassis has been placed with T. V. Snindram lyengar and Sons Pvt., Ltd., Madurai, one of the biggest private operators in India. The company will build their own bodywork.
They have ordered also six Leyland Rayal Tiger Worldmaster chassis for longdistance express services.
