APLAN for Birmingham traffic drawn up by Birmingham Rotary Club is to be examined by a special sub-committee of the local area of the Traders' Road Transport Association. The proposals embrace an extension of one-way traffic working and the provision of three ring roads.
Mr. C. E. Jordan, chairman of the West Midland Division of the T.R.T.A., has said that, whilst The club deserved great credit, he was not sure that the plan paid sufficient regard to the carrying on of trade in the city.
