jT is understood. that the Ministry of I Transport is to hold an inquiry into the proposal of the Mersey Tunnel Joint Committee to revise tunnel tolls. If so, the transport committee of Liverpool Chamber of Commerce are to emphasize the unfavourable position of commercialvehicle owners against holders of contract tickets for private cars.
