Altrincham Coachways, Ltd., has been acquired by the North Western Road Car Co., Ltd., the business will continue to function as a separate entity under the management of Mr. D. S. Ball. All the staff have been retained, it was announced on Tuesday.
The company will carry on under the• same title and will be taking delivery of a new fleet of luxury coaches. They have 10 vehicles. Plans include additional day and half-day tours. The company was owned by Mr. and Mrs. F. B. Ford, whose other concern, Triumph Coaches, Ltd., Portsmouth, was acquired by Southdown Motor Services, Ltd.
