in four months from a locked yard in Rochester. The latest truck to be stolen was a B Series ERF, painted in Lucking's dark green, black and gold livery. The unit, reg OMY 756W, was uncoupled from o trader loaded with wood pulp, at the Horsewash Lane depot on the night of Wednesday 14 April.

Lucking believes it was stolen to order, because at around £4750, the unit was worth less than his other six trucks in the fleet. It carries chassis number 43110 and engine number 6LXC220489.

The other two trucks are a white Scania 112, (reg C994 EKM, chassis/engine 1103023/5277809) and a C Series ERE in Lucking's livery (reg B903 NDF chassis/engine 50383/8LXCT233832.
