Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ay's issue of the Good Van Guide includes an ad from Cheshire firm Automobile Inparts offering a skeleton car key set for £65, claiming it to be the "key set which opens locked cars instantly, with no damage to the lock barrel". The keys are said to open the majority of British and foreign cars providing a "unique service to your customers who have lost their keys or locked them inside the car". Recognising that there are others about who regularly get into locked cars that they do not own, the ad warns that the keys "must not be used for any illegitimate reasons or purchased for others not in the motor trade". Well, that's all right then.
