Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BEDFORD has extended its Roadcall 24 hour every day breakdown service to cover all new Bedford coaches.

Bedford Roadcall will provide operators with a free roadside repair and recovery service up to the cost of E200 for any incident in a new Bedford coach's first 12 months of service.

Other older Bedford coaches will also be able to use the breakdown scheme for a subscription although in these cases repair and recovery costs will have to be met by the operator.

The scheme, which will be operated by Nationwide Breakdown Recovery Services (Commercial) Ltd will be contactable via a Freephone telephone number.

One hundred and fifty coach recovery specialists located throughout the country will provide Bedford Roadcall cover. Tyre, and battery failures and running out of fuel will not be covered by the scheme which will cover the cost of windscreen replacement.
