SOME leading figures from European tyre manufacturers are to speak at a London seminar on the European tyre industry in September. The seminar is being organised by the magazine Tyres Accessories and Batteries.
Speakers will include Francois Michelin, head of the Michelin tyre company; Helmut Werner, chairman of the West German Continental group; Gene Culler, president of Goodyear's European operations; and senior executives, from Ford, Pirelli and SP Tyres.
The Biennial TAB seminar will be held on Wednesday, September 25 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. Further information is available from TAB, at 178-202 Great Portland Street, London.
