Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Ever resourceful, DAF Trucks have breached the Windsor cordon, which has defied the combined might of the RHA and FTA. Admittedly they had to charter a boat to do it but the transport journalists who were the company's guests for a delightful Saturday evening cruise agreed that river travel was far preferable to lorry driving.

DAF also turned night into day with the Monty Sunshine Jazz Band, who played scorching music for the cats on the foredeck. "We're not used to fresh air," said Monty. "Isn't there a cellar anywhere on board?"

As a permanent reminder of a happy occasion every guest was given Monty Sunshine's fatest long-playing record made in Germany, where the band often works. The playing is beautifully restrained and could hardly offend even those who detest New Orleans-style music.
