Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Heavy-duty commercial mirror heads with flat or convex lenses are now available from Intertruck in 17.8cm by 12.7cm (7 in by 5in) or 25.4 cm by 15.2 cm (10 in by 6 in) sizes. Heads are fitted with a rubber retaining ring to avoid glass fall-out.

The heavy-gauge pressed steel case is rust-proofed and heads are supplied complete with clamps and nuts: flat lens heads are suitable for 12.7mm (0.5 in) and 15.9mm (0.6 in) diameter arms convex lens for 15.9mm (0.6 in) diameter arms.

There is also a fold-back arm .which can easily be repositioned without the use of tools. It allows approximately 25cm (10 in) of adjustment.
