In a recent issue we referred to the activities of the Motor Radiator Manufacturing Co., of Birmingham, which company was formed by Mr. Peter Serck. This company has now been acquired by Serck Radiators, Ltd., which has been registered with a ,a,pital of £200£00 in 21 shares. Tile first directors are P. 0. Serck, S. N. Purchase, C. L. Terry, W. I. Good and H. Ashford. The registered office of the company is at Warwick Road, Greet, Birmingham.
