Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• 'Four giant Wallace Arnold of Leeds has placed its biggest order to date for new replacement coaches.

It will take delivery of 50 Plaxton-bodied Volvo B1OM coaches next spring, and will replace all the coaches in its 1988 intake together with some older vehicles from the Devon fleet.

Further stock vehicles will be bought in the new year, depending on the bouyancy of the tours market. This year's intake included 11 hired coaches which will also be replaced if business continues at 1990 levels.

Ten of the new coaches will be fitted with air-conditioning for Continental work.
