Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Preston-based removals firm Brewer & Turnbull is expanding its network of 25 franchisees, following an increase in business from companies relocating out of cities.

It is seeking four operators in Oxford, Swindon and Salisbury and, if interest rates fall, another 11 franchisees will be taken on next year. Terms include at least three 7.5-tonne trucks, an initial £5,000 fee and a percentage of turnover.

Relocating companies to new towns and enterprise zones is the only growth area for Brewer & Turnbull, says general manager James Whittle it now amounts to about half of its business, compared with just over a quarter last year.
