AT the annual dinner of the Yorkshire West Riding Area of the Traders' Road Transport Association, Mr. J. V. Braithwaithe. chairman of the area committee. said that from the first annual report of the British Transport Commission it would seem that "longing eyes" were being cast upon the traffic carried.by C-licensees.
