BECAUSE policemen in Shrewsbury watch parked vehicles so closely to ensure that they are not left longer than 20 minutes, farmers are going elsewhere to do their shopping. This criticism of new traffic regulations in the town was made by Mr. .1, G. Morgan at last week's meeting of the county executive committee of the National Farmers' Union.
