ANEW company has been formed in South Africa under the title of the Westinghouse Brake and Signal Co. S.A. (Pty.), Ltd., by the British Westinghouse concern and Bellamy and Lam bit' (Pty.), Ltd., Johannesburg, who have been acting as Westinghouse agents fou a number of years.
The directors are Mr. A. R. Walwyn, managing director of Bellamy and Lambie, Mr. N. V. Davies, Mr. J. Pryce and Mr. M. W. Shorter, managing director of British Westinghouse.
