Through the hearing the LA gave onsiderable attention to the financial !sources of both the companies and the pplicants. In the case of Mr Patten the LA as told that he had been a director of atten and Heap Ltd, which had gone into quidation. Mr Patten admitted in evidence at fines imposed against the company had mounted to £186 and had not been paid ff. He went on to say that, as with his ersonal debts of £9000. he was paying
