• Ten vehicles were removed from du licence of Stanley Road Garag( (Hartlepool) Ltd when the company was called before the Northern LA last week The licence authorized the use of 3( vehicles.
• The LA, Mr J. A. T. Hanlon, said that E prohibitions had been placed on vehicle: since May 1969 and a warning had beer sent to the company in April 1970. Sine' then, however, four more prohibitions hat been issued.
Managing director of the firm, Mr N Brough, said a proper maintenance scherm had been worked out in 1968 but when hi discovered it was not being implemented hi took over personal control.
