• Truck-lite has launched a solidstate flasher unit called Ultraflash which is guaranteed for five years.
At 24V the unit can operate up to 32 indicator bulbs and has a maximum current level of 35 Amps; at 12V it can operate 16 bulbs. Ultraflash units cost £20-5,25 apiece depending on fleet discount.
