Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

H. Fish to make it clear that when he spoke at the RHA dinner in Bristol (CM April 26) he was referring to the West Dock extension and not to Portbury. The name Portbury, as well as the project, has been dropped. Also, the reference to Concorde was not his but Mr. Anthony Wedgwood Benn's, and Mr. Fish was making the point that to refer to the costs of Concorde and Portbury in the same breath was an irrelevance.
