That, in the interests of public safety, the conditions of bus employees as regards wages and hours of employment should be similar to those in operation on the railways.
That no bus licence be issued until the applicant has produced an insurance policy to cover damage to persons or property to the extent of £1,509 for any one accident.
That bus proprietors be required, as a condition of the issue of licence, not to employ conductors below 20 years of age.
