Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Despite a major jump in demand for trailers last year, registrations in 2005 across Europe are expected to cool somewhat. Within the seven largest European markets, including the UK, trailer registrations during 2004 jumped by almost 14% exceeding 135,000 units for the first time according to industry consulting group CLEAR.

After three years of decline 2004 was a strong year for trailer makers, says CLEAR's managing director Gary Beecroft. "After a short breather in 2005, there will be consistent if unspectacular growth, and by 2008 the market will reach a new record level, exceeding 140,000 vehicles."
